Exclusive!!! Spur have signed highly-rated Croatian sensation, who had Manchester City, Liverpool and PSG all looking to sign despite he being only 16 years old.

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy has opened the chequebook again to show that he is willing to back new boss Ange Postecoglou who has had an impressive start to life as a Spurs boss.

The Lilywhites have signed highly-rated Croatian sensation Luka Vuskovic who had Manchester City, Liverpool and PSG all looking to sign despite he being only 16 years old.

Vuskovic broke into the Hajduk Split first-team in the spring and has been tipped by many in the footsteps of greats like Luka Modric and Mateo Kovacic.

Tottenham agreed a fee of £12million for the signing of the youngster, LondonWorld sources have said but he will not be joining the club until he turns 18 in two years’ time.

He will be allowed to develop back in his home country and his signing is seen as Spurs going back to their roots of attracting young players that have huge potential and value similar to the move they had for Luka Modric when he first came to the club.

This season the Lilywhites have lost Harry Kane but James Maddison has arrived from Leicester and settled easily as a Duck to water. Manor Solomon and fast-improving Guglielmo Vicario have all arrived in a summer that has promised to transform the fortunes of the club.

Manager Ange Postecoglou has already seen the results improve with three wins and just one draw in his first four Premier League and the Carabao Cup penalty defeat to Fulham is even seen as a blessing in disguise.
