Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou has been handed a boost in his pursuit of Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo. The 25-year-old’s proposed move to AS Monaco is reportedly on the verge of collapse, although Spurs may still have some work to do before the player is theirs for the taking.
Marco Silva and co are therefore keen to cash in while they can, with Monaco and Spurs the two key contenders for Adarabioyo’s signature. The centre-back was presumed to be edging towards the Ligue 1 outfit due to guarantees over game time.
However, Foot Mercato claim that Adarabioyo’s Monaco switch is ‘almost dead’, having been met with radio silence on Fulham’s end for the past few days.
