THE SLOVAN LIBEREC MIDFIELDER HAS AGREED PERSONAL TERMS WITH CELTIC — MEDICAL ALREADY SCHEDULED
Celtic are reportedly closing in on another major piece of transfer business, with Slovan Liberec midfielder Ermin Mahmic understood to have agreed personal terms with the Scottish champions.
The Bosnia-Herzegovina international is now expected to complete the next stage of the move, with a medical already scheduled as Celtic continue negotiations to bring the midfielder to Glasgow.
The Hoops have been in discussions with Slovan Liberec over a potential deal believed to be worth around £7 million, plus a further £1.5 million in add-ons. With personal terms reportedly settled, attention has now turned towards completing the agreement between the two clubs.
Mahmic’s arrival at Celtic Park today would represent another significant step towards finalising the transfer. The scheduled medical is expected to be one of the final formalities before the midfielder can put pen to paper and officially become a Celtic player.
For Celtic supporters, the potential signing is particularly interesting given Mahmic’s international experience and his reputation as a technically gifted midfielder. The club appear keen to strengthen their options in the middle of the pitch, and the player could provide another dynamic option for the squad.
There is still work to be completed before the transfer can officially be announced, but with personal terms reportedly agreed and a medical already scheduled, Celtic fans have plenty of reason to believe this deal is moving towards the final stages.

If everything goes according to plan, supporters could soon be waiting for the club’s official confirmation.
