Nottingham Forest had fun at Molineux last night and when playtime was over, the Reds ran out 3-0 winners at Molineux.
Forest won courtesy of goals from Morgan Gibbs-White, Chris Wood and Taiwo Awoniyi, with the Reds boasting 40 points from 20 matches.
The boos soon died off after he’d silenced them with another goal against his former club and after the game, he took to Instagram.
His wordless post featured emojis making out his celebration and Neco Williams posted a comical reaction in the aftermath.
He posted: “Quiet stadium after seven minutes.”
Gibbs-White was praised by Jamie Carragher for his efforts with this performance coming in front of Thomas Tuchel who was at the game.
Forest’s captain was in fine form during the clash with Gibbs-White celebrating wildly when he opened the scoring after just seven minutes.

What a night this proved to be for Gibbs-White.

When quizzed on Tuchel being at the game afterwards, Gibbs-White claimed he didn’t know that the new England boss was in attendance.
It’s hard to take that as gospel and he did have a wry smile on his face when he delivered his answer.
Gibbs-White did all he could in order to impress Tuchel and hopefully, he can impress when Forest face Liverpool when the new manager is likely to be in attendance once more.
The Forest star is born to play for his country and his flamboyant style of play is perfect for the international stage.
Gibbs-White clearly enjoyed his performance at Molineux last night and the hope will be that his current form can now continue.
