Everton recorded a dramatic victory away at Nottingham Forest on Saturday, seeing them climb the Premier League table.
Abdoulaye Doucoure scored a 94th-minute winner as Everton beat Forest 1-0 at the City Ground, in a shock result given that the home side started the day in third place.
David Moyes’ return to Everton has given them new life, and helped steer the Toffees away from the relegation zone.
They are now progressing up the table, and jumped from 16th to 14th following their win, and are level on points with Manchester United.

The win over Forest was a significant one, as it now means that Everton could finish higher in the Premier League table than previously anticipated.
Opta’s supercomputer has now predicted that Everton will finish in 14th place on 46 points, which will see them end above Tottenham and West Ham, who are close to them in the table

They are expected to be one point behind Man United, but this is a jump from 16th, as a result of their brilliant win at Forest.
For Forest, this was a damaging defeat at home, as they have now been predicted to drop down a place and finish fourth, behind Manchester City.
Everton’s remaining fixtures
Everton have six games remaining in their Premier League campaign, and realistically the highest they can finish is 13th, ahead of Man United.
Moyes does have some tough games on the horizon though, as Everton still have to face Man City, Chelsea and Newcastle, who are all battling for a top-five spot.
Everton do have home games against relegation strugglers Ipswich, before their final game at Goodison Park against an already-relegated Southampton, and they will back themselves to win both to finish as high as possible in the table.
With results such as the one against Forest, Everton have shown that they are capable of winning anywhere, and the Champions League-chasing sides set to face them will be dreading those clashes.
