How the Spurs players rated in the first half vs Arsenal
Guglielmo Vicario: Produced two good saves from Havertz and Martinelli in quick succession. Had a nervy moment from a corner when he failed to get his hand to the ball. Booked for his spat with Timber. 6.
Pedro Porro: Has had a hard time up against Martinelli. Was on the receiving end of a nasty challenge from Timber. 5.
Cristian Romero: With Arsenal looking to attack from wide, he has not had much direct opposition. 6.
Micky van de Ven: Has found himself under pressure when in possession but has coped well. Booked. 6.
Destiny Udogie: Booked for a challenge on Saka, has dealt with the threat of the English international down his flank. 7.
Rodrigo Bentancur: Back in the side ahead of his potential ban Harshly booked for a challenge on Havertz. 6.
Dejan Kulusevski: Had the first chance of the game which he fired at Raya, has looked bright. Booked. 7.
James Maddison: With England caretaker manager Lee Carsley in the stands, he will be frustrated not to have influenced the game more. 6.
Heung-Min Son: Back on the left of the front three. Has seen plenty of the ball out wide and has caused Ben White problems – needs to have more of the ball in the second half. 6.
Dominic Solanke: Making his home debut after recovering from injury. Started the game brightly, showing his strength up against Saliba. Had a brilliant opportunity on 13 mins to get a shot on goal but took too long. Went close with a header just before the half-hour. 6.
Brennan Johnson: Has had little impact on the game, should have found the target with his shot before the break. 5.
