TOTTENHAM MESS CONTINUES AS THEIR FIRST MOVE TO SIGN ‘PROLIFIC FORWARD’ TO REPLACE HARRY KANE FAILS.

The chaos at Tottenham continues as the first move to sign the prolific striker to replace Harry Kane fails – Middleman sends packing.
Since Fabio Paratici arrived at Tottenham with plans for the club, Lautaro Martínez has been seen as the ideal replacement for Harry Kane.
His first summer in charge of the Spurs transfer came at a time when the England international was heavily linked with Manchester City, but the deal never happened.
Although Paratici is no longer at Tottenham, his transfer targets remain, and with Harry Kane once again linked with a move elsewhere, Gazzetta dello Sport believes the Inter Milan star has back to the match of the day.
This is what they claimed on Wednesday, revealing the meeting the Serie A club had with an intermediary who brought out the “concrete interests” of Spurs and another Premier League team in player.
What’s interesting is that the other team is Manchester United, who put Tottenham in the lead with the aforementioned interest in Kane.
The problem is that even though there was a meeting right after the Champions League quarter-final with Benfica, Inter “didn’t even sit at the table”.
Indeed, although they need money, they have no interest in selling the star striker who is valued at “at least 80 million euros”, but want to get rid of other elements of the team.
Tottenham’s approach has been ‘nipped in the bud’, for the second time in as many years, following an offer worth more than €90m two summers ago.
As for Martínez, in all of this he is happy in Milan and “doesn’t have the slightest intention of moving away” and certainly won’t force him to play in the Premier League right now.
