TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR UNVEILS 2024/25 AWAY KIT BY THROWING IT BACK TO THE 80s

Our new 2024/25 Away Kit is now available exclusively through the Club and Nike, both in-store and online here
The light blue stripes bring back a pattern that is synonymous with away kits of the 1980s and is launched with an 80s-inspired campaign film featuring first team players
Away Kit brings the Club crest into the centre of the jersey, providing a futuristic twist to a classic Nike design.

Premier League club’s new kits for the next campaign start cropping up.

It’s at this latter stage of the season when images of across social media, some already on sale around the world, others simply design templates and the odd completely fake attempt to guess or conceptualise what the kit will look like thrown in.

A series of photographs of what is claimed to be the next Spurs home shirt were posted online earlier this week by Cabby’s Collection, with a white core, navy sleeves and collar and also a navy trim down the side of the trunk as the 2005/06 shirt last had. The collar is an overlap one, which Nike have used for a number of new national team kits this year.

Now kit specialist website Footy Headlines has revealed design concept images of what it expects the away shirt to look like for Ange Postecoglou’s side for the 2024/25 season and it’s a kit with different shades of light blue, forming subtle stripes, with the same navy overlap collar and cuffs. The website reports that there is expected to be a touch of gold on either the cuffs or down the sides of the trunk of the shirt. It would be the first time gold has appeared on a Spurs shirt since the 2016/17 editions – the final year at White Hart Lane – which saw increasing amounts of the colour across all three outfield kits.

The official colours of next season’s Spurs away kit are reportedly Cobalt Bliss, Royal Tint and Binary Blue and the club badge on these images sits centrally, above the navy AIA sponsor logo, rather than on the normal opposite side of the Nike logo. The only times since the mid-1980s that the cockerel has been placed centrally were on the away shirt in 2022/23 – on the shirt that looked like a wetsuit – and two years earlier on the yellow third kit.
