£30m Tottenham player set to leave this summer as Premier League trio circles
Tottenham Hotspur are set for a busy summer in the transfer market as Ange Postecoglou looks to bolster his ranks
Postecoglou has guided Spurs to fifth place in the Premier League and a Europa League place for next season
Tottenham have improved significantly since the 2022/23 season, when they limped down to eighth place, and will struggle to progress in 2024/25
We could also see a number of Spurs players depart, with some seemingly having futures away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Now, according to a report, one Spurs player is set to leave in the coming weeks with three Premier League rivals eyeing his signature
According to GiveMeSport, Tottenham winger Ryan Sessegnon is on the radar of Ipswich Town, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Crystal Palace
Sessegnon’s contract expires in June and although Tottenham have the option of another year, he is said to be keen to leave and Spurs will not stand in his way
Tottenham winger Ryan Sessegnon will stay in the Premier League
Sessegnon has been at Tottenham since 2019, when he joined Fulham as one of the most exciting young players in English football
However, the £30m player only made 57 appearances for Tottenham, with injuries hindering his move to N17
Sessegnon has made just one appearance for Spurs this season, as a substitute in an FA Cup tie with Burnley in January
Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for Sessegnon at Tottenham and with the club having plenty of options on the left, it looks like they’re gone
Hopefully the 24-year-old can restart his career elsewhere
Based on the above report, there is definitely a high possibility that he will stay in the Premier League
