Now Spurs want West Ham United striker target Joshua Zirkzee amid confusion over his bargain release clause.
Not content with beating West Ham to exciting winger Antonio Nusa, Tottenham Hotspur now want to muscle in on a Hammers striker target too.
We reported on Hammers News yesterday that Spurs are pushing to finalise the move for ‘Norwegian Neymar’ Nusa having hijacked West Ham’s interest.
Now it seems the Hammers and their rivals Tottenham are on a collision course regarding Bologna star Joshua Zirkzee.

But there’s bad news for David Moyes and technical director Tim Steidten because Tottenham are on the case according to reports.
Now Spurs want West Ham striker target Zirkzee amid confusion over his bargain release clause.

Reports flag bargain release clause
The Telegraph had claimed Bologna will not sell Dutch international Zirkzee for anything less than £50m with Arsenal also said to be interested.
That would make Zirkzee the most expensive Premier League signing of the window, eclipsing Tottenham spending £25m on Radu Dragusin from Genoa.
TeamTALK and Sky Sports are among those reporting Spurs are now serious contenders to beat the likes of West Ham and others to 22-year-old Zirkzee.
And it has been claimed he has a bargain £34.4m release clause in his contract.
Confusion cleared up over clause?
Journalist Ben Jacobs CaughtOffside also confirmed Tottenham’s interest in the 6ft 4in former Bayern Munich forward. But he says Bologna are insisting the release clause is only valid for Bayern if they want to buy him back.
There have also been varying claims about when a deal could or would be done with some reports suggesting it will wait until the summer.
West Ham David Moyes has long been searching for a new striker and has been linked with the likes of Victor Boniface and Armando Broja to name but two.
Hard-working Zirkzee has all the attributes to fit Moyes’ system and has scored eight goals and laid on two assists in 19 Serie A games this season.
But it seems – according to reports – Tottenham have leapfrogged West Ham in the race for Zirkzee.
