The Seagulls are arguably the best-run club in the Premier League in recent years. The way they’ve identified and developed young players is extraordinary, and 19-year-old Ferguson is set to be their next big star.

Evan Ferguson is one player who has been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham, with reports claiming that Spurs view him as a replacement for Kane.
Now, James Milner, who has shared the dressing room with some elite players over the years, has heaped praise on the young Ireland international.
He said on TNT Sports: “I think [he’s] a great lad, first and foremost. Wants to learn, wants to get about, which is so important.
“He’s in a great place in terms of the club, the manager he’s working with. Senior players he works with, looking at someone like Welbz [Danny Welbeck] – how he goes about his business and how he plays. He’s in a great spot.
“His finishing is phenomenal you know, just so good. If a chance is falling, you want it to go to him. He had a chance at West Ham, we were joking about it. He didn’t score but he made it out of nothing – he hit it instinctively.”

Evan Ferguson is an incredible talent.
The Brighton forward is still just 19 years old, but he has everything in his game. Yes, he has a ton of room for improvement, but everyone can see he has the potential to become a top player.
Ange Postecoglou has improved almost every player at Tottenham. He has really transformed the club, and a player like Ferguson could well be the final piece of his puzzle for the current stage of his project.
Ferguson will be very expensive, but we feel he’d be worth every penny for Tottenham if they can sign him in the summer.
