“Awful decision” Commentators and Fans have been left stunned after a disallowed Goal,They can’t believe this..

Former Premier League referee Mike Dean has disagreed with the decision to rule out Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s goal for Everton in their Premier League match at Tottenham Hotspur.

Calvert-Lewin fired low past Vicario in the Tottenham goal early in the second half and thought he had halved the deficit in North London after Andre Gomes dispossessed Emerson Royal before threading the Blues forward through.

However, referee Stuart Attwell was instructed to view the VAR monitor and in particular the incident surrounding Gomes and the Spurs full-back. The Portugal midfielder came through the back of Royal but it was adjudged that he did unfairly, following the intervention from Stockley Park.
It’s small contact but not enough for me to overturn it,” Dean said speaking on Sky Sports. “It’s minimal contact, they’ve recommended to look at it, the assistant referee had a good view originally would’ve said, ‘no foul, no foul’, they’ve shown a picture of it but it’s very soft.”
Sky Sports presenter Simon Thomas was in disbelief, he interjected: “Why on the earth have they overturned it?”
