Ange Postecoglou reveals which Premier League team he supported as a child, Tottenham fans won’t like this

Ange Postecoglou has revealed which Premier League team he supported as a child and it won’t please Tottenham fans.

The Australian coach took over at the London Stadium in June and has guided Spurs to a brilliant start to the campaign, as they sit second in the Premier League table, level on points with Arsenaland Liverpool.

Postecoglou faces his toughest test yet on Sunday, when Tottenham travel to the Emirates to take on the Gunners in the iconic north London derby.

Speaking ahead of the fascinating clash, the 58-year-old told Gary Lineker that he had dreamed of getting into football management ever since he was young and admitted that he was inspired by one of England’s biggest clubs.

I was a massive Liverpool fan. I loved Bill Shankly, I loved the boot room, the whole story,” Postecoglou

When Lineker asked if he was still a Liverpool fan, the Spurs boss jokingly replied: “Well, I’ve taken the posters down mate, last week!”
