Finally!!! Tottenham joins race of signing the magnificent 24yrs old Midfielder.

90 min have claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are one of several Premier League clubs monitoring Leeds United midfielder Tyler Adams, who is expected to leave Elland Road this summer.

Although Adams made a promising start to his life at Leeds following his £20m switch from RB Leipzig last summer, his debut Premier League season did not go according to plan as his campaign ended prematurely in March due to a hamstring injury, with his club eventually being relegated

90 min have now claimed that Leeds have accepted the midfielder will leave the club before the transfer window shuts, with the player alleged to have a release clause of £25m in his contract.

The outlet adds that Tottenham are one of the clubs keeping an eye on Adams’ situation, along with the likes of Liverpool, Manchester United, Brighton and Brentford.

The report also goes on to explain that Chelsea have now enquired about the USA international’s availability, with the Blues believing that he would slot well into the midfield at Stamford Bridge.

However, it has since been reported that the Blues have cooled their interest in Adams due to fears over his return date from injury – which is expected to be another four weeks (DailyMail).

Spurs need reinforcements in midfield as both Hojbjerg and Ndombele look set to leave. I am not surprised that the club are keeping tabs on Adams, given his modest release clause.
