The Serie A side have an option to sign the 25-year-old attacking midfielder for around €13 million (£11 million).
However, Torino are trying to convince Hammers boss David Moyes to sell Vlasic to them for less than that amount somewhere closer to €9 million (£7.8 million) according to Tuttosport.
West Ham might not be open to doing business for that kind of money.
And if the East London outfit refuse to play ball, Vlasic will allegedly try to force the situation this summer…

Tuttosport reckon that the former CSKA Moscow man will try to force the Hammers to sell him to Torino this summer, even if that means the Serie A outfit pay less than the £11 million option they hold.
I’m sorry, but he can try and force West Ham into action all he wants, but his contract at the London Stadium doesn’t expire until the summer of 2026.
So if Torino don’t pay up, Moyes will still hold all the cards.
And if that does happen, it could be argued that Vlasic could still play a key role for us next season and beyond.
Sure, the 25-year-old struggled to impress for West Ham during the 2021/22 campaign, but it wasn’t entirely his fault.
Moyes’s refusal to play him in his correct position was mind-boggling. Vlasic was shunted out on the left wing last season whenever he was given a chance – a role that he is totally unsuited to because of his lack of pace.
Since joining Torino, he has played exclusively in the number 10 role, and has bagged five goals and six assists in 35 games so far this season (Transfermarkt).
Whatever the future holds for the Croatia international remains to be seen.
However, it does seem like Nikola Vlasic is determined to force his way out of West Ham one way or another.
