Tottenham winger Bryan Gil has more or less confirmed what many suspected, revealing that his time in North London is drawing to a close as both he and the club prepare to part ways this summer.
Tottenham Hotspur are expected to be busy in the upcoming transfer window, with multiple exits on the cards as part of a squad reshuffle ahead of next season.

Speaking ahead of the summer window that opens earlier than usual, Bryan Gil has essentially confirmed that he’ll be leaving Spurs at the end of the season, saying the decision to move on was mutual.
Talking to Spanish channel ‘El After de Post United’, as relayed by Estadio Deportivo, Gil was candid about his future, making it clear that his Spurs chapter is nearing its end.
He said, “I haven’t given it much thought because I’m focused on recovering as best as possible and being back.
“That’s something my agent will tell me where things are going, but they told me, and I told them, that the best thing is for us not to continue being linked to Tottenham, but there’s no problem or bad feeling, quite the opposite”
He went on to express gratitude for his time at the club, saying: “They bet on me when I was young, and they’ve treated me fairly well, but if I have to go back there, I’ll focus on giving my best as always.
“I’m calm because no one can have a bad word to say about me not being professional, without playing. I’ve always trained well, I’ve done what I had to do, so whatever has to happen, will happen. We’ll see where we are next year.”
