In addition to the road closures, temporary one-way systems, banned turns, and prohibitions on waiting and loading will be implemented in several locations.
On Belvedere Road, a one-way traffic system will be in place eastbound between Tudor Road and Mowbray Road, with right turns banned from Cintra Park, Chipstead Close, Anerley Grove, Waldegrave Road, Hamlet Road, Maberley Crescent, Maberley Road, and Belvedere Road, and left turns banned from Auckland Road and Belvedere Road at their junctions with Belvedere Road.
Maberley Road will operate a one-way system southbound between Belvedere Road and Mowbray Road, with a point of no entry at the junction of Mowbray Road.
Further restrictions will be in place with the agreement of Lambeth and Southwark councils.
These include a ban on vehicles turning right from the south to north arm of the southern side of Jasper Road into the north-west to south-east arm of Jasper Road (outside numbers 31 and 33 Farquhar Road).
Vehicles will also be banned from turning left from Westow Hill into Jasper Road, and from turning left or right from Farquhar Road into the northern arm of Jasper Road.
Waiting, including for the purposes of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle, will be banned on Farquhar Road between a point 20 metres north of the northern kerb-line of the northern arm of Jasper Road and a point 20 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of the southern arm of Jasper Road.
A one-way traffic system will be imposed on the east to north-west and then south-west to north-east arms of Jasper Road, between the south-western kerb-line of the southern arm of Farquhar Road and the northern kerb-line of the northern arm of Farquhar Road, in a north-westerly and then north-easterly direction.
The restrictions will only apply during the times indicated by traffic signs.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times, and access to properties will be maintained as far as practicable from either side of the closure.
Emergency access and egress routes will also be maintained at all times.
