“Leeds need to recruit wisely and rotate the starting eleven more this time around. Two years ago, they didn’t rotate the team enough, which meant they would tire in the last 15 or 20 minutes of games. As long as they get the basics right, they’ll give themselves a good chance.”
Three free agent fullbacks Leeds United should consider
Heading into the summer, the club could end up with just two first team fullbacks. Jayden Bogle and Isaac Schmidt are under contract, while Junior Firpo and Sam Byram are discussing new deals.

Ben Davies
A more defensive option, Ben Davies has been a very reliable left back in his Premier League career. He has been used at center back over the last season, offering some versatility. Leeds could use a calm head like him at the back. The Welsh connection with Joe Rodon, Ethan Ampadu and Dan James could potentially come into play.
Joel Ward
Ward is still going strong at 35 years old. He was also a leadership qualities and was loved in the Palace dressing room. The veteran also has versatility, allowing him to play in a variety of tactical systems. Daniel Farke would love to pick him up for free.
