Overnight, previously unseen footage has surfaced, capturing Rangers fans engaging in misconduct towards Celtic supporters during the recent Old Firm derby at Ibrox Stadium. The footage, widely shared on social media, highlights a series of troubling incidents that have drawn condemnation from both clubs and sparked investigations by authorities. 
Provocative Banner Sparks Outrage
A significant point of contention arose from a large tifo displayed by Rangers fans in the Copland Road stand. The banner depicted former manager Graeme Souness holding a shotgun above the words “Take Aim Against The Rebel Scum,” a phrase perceived as a derogatory reference to Celtic supporters. Rangers Football Club swiftly condemned the display, labeling it “unacceptable” and acknowledging that it breached acceptable standards. Objects Thrown Onto the Pitch
The match was further marred by incidents of objects being thrown onto the pitch. Celtic goalkeeper Viljami Sinisalo was seen clearing debris, including a glass Buckfast bottle, plastic cups, and disposable vapes, from his goalmouth early in the second half. Rangers substitute Neraysho Kasanwirjo intervened to remove the glass bottle and other items from the field. These actions have raised concerns over fan conduct and player safety, prompting Rangers to condemn the behavior and initiate efforts to identify and discipline the individuals involved .

Footage shows a group of Rangers fans, some with faces covered, approaching the establishment, leading to a brief but intense confrontation before police intervened . Additionally, reports have emerged of sectarian abuse directed at Celtic midfielder Arne Engels, with offensive chants captured in the newly surfaced footage .
