Murillo was spotted raging at one of his Nottingham Forest teammates as his side took on Man United in the Premier League.
Nuno Espirito Santo‘s side looked to continue their excellent season on Tuesday night (1 April), when they hosted the Red Devils at The City Ground for a tight 1-0 win.
Nottingham Forest beat Brighton on penalties over the weekend to secure their place in the semi finals of the FA Cip, and are also chasing a Champions League spot via the Premier League.
One player who has been key to that is Murillo with his form this season attracting transfer interest from Chelsea.
Now, the centre-back has been left frustrated with one of his current teammates during this clash with Ruben Amorim‘s side.

Anthony Elanga has also been in excellent form for Nottingham Forest this season, and continued that here by putting his side 1-0 up with a stunning run and finish after just five minutes.
With Man United looking to respond quickly, Murillo soon found himself under pressure, and unhappy with the lack of support from his goalkeeper, Matz Sels.
While under pressure from Joshua Zirzkee inside his own penalty area, the centre-back attempted to shepherd the hold off the striker long enough for Sels to come and pick the ball up.
However, the Nottingham Forest goalkeeper failed to do so, meaning Murillo was ultimately forced to put the ball behind for a corner.
That then led to an angry response from the centre-back, who could be seen shouting at his goalkeeper for selling him short inside his own penalty area.
While commentating on the game for TNT Sports, Ally McCoist would pick up on the incident, as he noted (8:13pm): “Murillo’s not happy with his goalkeeper, Matz Sels there, with some justification I think he’s expected to come, oh look he’s holding him [Zirkzee] away there.
“He’s expecting him [Sels] to come and take that, which with the greatest of respect I think he should, Zirkzee does well he doesn’t give up.”
As the replay then showed Murillo berating his goalkeeper Sels, McCoist added: “There you are, he’s not happy is he?!”
Nottingham Forest unlikely to be too concerned by Murillo vs Matz Sels
Sels is another player who has been brilliant for Nottingham Forest throughout much of this season, with a string of spectacular saves and vital clean sheets.
On this occasion though his decision not to come and take control of the ball from Murillo did create more problems for his team than were needed.
Ultimately though, there are not going to be many worries stemming from this, given this is something that all involved ought now to be clearer on.
Beyond that, the corner won by Man United as a result of this incident came to nothing, so it did not cost Nottingham Forest.
Indeed, Nuno Espirito Santo will no doubt be keen to see how much this sort of situation means to Murillo, highlighting the commitment to the cause of one of his key players.
With that in mind, this could be seen as something of a revealing moment in the eyes of many of a Nottingham Forest persuasion.
