A new report has outlined the most likely punishment for Mohammad kudus if the 5 charges against the Tottenham are proven.
The English Football Association (FA) on Tuesday charged West Ham United forward, Mohammed Kudus, following his red card against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League over the weekend.
The FA also charged both West Ham and Tottenham for failing to ensure their players did not behave in “an improper and/or provocative way” around the red card incident.
DAILY POST reports that Kudus was sent off after violent conduct in the second half of West Ham United’s Premier League 4-1 defeat to Tottenham.
The Ghanaian international was initially shown a yellow card by referee Andy Madley after appearing to kick out at Tottenham’s Micky van de Ven before pushing the Netherlands international defender in the face.
The 24-year-old then went on to push Tottenham’s Pape Mate Sarr in the face before Video Assistant Referee (VAR) Chris Kavanagh recommended Madley review the incidents on the screen.
Madley went on to upgrade his decision from yellow to a red card.
A violent conduct offence carries with it a minimum suspension of three matches but this charge opens up the possibility of further punishment.
The hearing into Mohammad kudus alleged improper manner of Premier League rules is set to begin on Monday and will be overseen by an independent panel.
The hearing is expected to last around two months, although a final decision – including any potential appeal from kudus if he lose – is unlikely to come until after the end of the 2024/25 season.

Ahead of the start of the hearing, the Evening Standard has revealed the most likely punishment for Mohammad kudus if they lose the case.
While banned from the premier league has been suggested as one possible outcome, it is deemed to be less likely than other potential punishments.
Premier League chiefs are said to be keen to impose a strict punishment to act as a deterrent to other players , if they win the case against Tottenham .
However, the likelihood of the Premier League dealing out retrospective punishment such as removing titles and handing him to other clubs is said to be ‘remote’.
