LEICESTER CITY FANS NAME THE FIRST PLAYER THEY WANT GONE IN THE SUMMER AFTER SHAMBOLIC PERFORMANCE AGAINST WEST HAM

It was another miserable night for Leicester City as they tasted a 2-0 defeat against West Ham at the London Stadium.
Leicester fans would have ordered a response from the players after their 4-0 defeat to Brentford, but the Foxes were lifeless and devoid of any spirit throughout.
Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side spent most of the first period camped in their own half and only made one final third entry in the opening 35 minutes.
The hosts were in complete control of the game and didn’t have to break a sweat to score their two goals, with Tomas Soucek and Jarrod Bowen’s deflected strike putting the game beyond Leicester before half-time.
Leicester fans called for Van Nistelrooy to be sacked for the second match running after witnessing him look completely out of his depth tactically, and that was evinced by one decision.
Van Nistelrooy made no substitutions at half-time, despite his side being completely dominated, and it wasn’t till the hour mark when he finally made a change.Starting on the left wing, the Jamaican star didn’t once test Aaron Wan-Bissaka and was constantly shackled by the attacking threat of Bowen.
Reid was lacklustre with his defensive actions and nonexistent in the attacking phase – like many of his teammates – as he embarrassingly made fewer touches than goalkeeper Mads Hermansen (30).

Bobby De Cordova-Reid must be dropped after embarrassing West Ham showing

It may seem harsh to select one player for their awful display against West Ham, as most of the starting lineup could have been included in that conversation.
However, Bobby De Cordova-Reid was completely terrible in all aspects of his game at the London Stadium.
It was a pretty anonymous display from the 32-year-old, who was replaced by the lively Stephy Mavididi at the hour mark.Stephy Mavididi impressed against West Ham

Reid was one of several players who showed a lack of fight and desire against the Hammers. Mavididi, on the other hand, came off the bench and made an instant difference.
The Frenchman picked up the ball straight away and drove at the defence, something most of his teammates failed to do.
He was also aggressive with his press as he attempted to stop West Ham from playing out, with the 26-year-old taking the fight to his opponent.
Mavididi can often be criticised for his quality and lack of end product, but his effort and desire can never be questioned.
Indeed, it would be another massive error from Van Nistelrooy if the former Arsenal man wasn’t starting against Chelsea a week on Sunday.
