Newcastle United star Alexander Isak has already responded after an attempt was made to recruit him for Arsenal by a prominent fan of the club.
Football Insider previously exclusively revealed that Mikel Arteta’s side have made Isak their priority signing ahead of the summer, having been linked with a big-money move away from St James’ Park.
Arsenal are already without Kai Havertz, joining Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Jesus on an ever-growing injury list.

Chunkz attempts to draw Alexander Isak to Arsenal
Having clearly filmed a YouTube video with Newcastle trio Isak, Wiliam Osula and Bruno Guimaraes, social media star Chunkz explained his attempt to bring the striker to North London.
Writing via his Instagram story, he said: “Agent Chunkz in action: Isak to Arsenal is imminent (Just joking, he said he loves Newcastle. I tried though,” accompanied with a crying emoji.
It has already been suggested that Arsenal might have to splash £150million to claw the striker away from the Magpies’ grip at the end of the season.
Newcastle United must secure Champions League football
The future of many of Newcastle’s stars likely hinges on whether Howe can lead the team to Champions League football qualification this season, which is still a possibility.
After 25 matches, the Magpies are just three points behind the top four teams, with Isak playing a major role for Newcastle in all competitions so far.
Without Champions League football, it could be advantage to Arsenal, given they are attempting to catch up with Liverpool for the Premier League title, and already look to have European football in the bag.
There is no telling how far the current Newcastle team could go under Howe, but if stars begin to leave one by one, there will need to be another major rebuilding and heavy spending in the future.
