Man Utd are set to let a number of players leave on loan in the January transfer window.
Ruud van Nistelrooy is reportedly keen to use his Manchester United connections to land two players on loan this month.
The former United interim head coach and assistant manager to Erik ten Hag is now in charge of Leicester City and is looking to make his mark on their playing squad during the January transfer window.
It is understood he has an interest in bringing two United players to the King Power Stadium for the remainder of the campaign, with United likely to sanction several loan exits this month as they look to raise precious transfer funds for themselves.
Manchester World revealed earlier this week Harry Amass is one of the players United are looking to sanction a loan deal for this month and MUFCAcademy91 suggest a move to Leicester is one option available to the teenage full-back. The 17-year-old is expected to receive formal offers from League One and Championship clubs, though the Foxes are also keeping tabs on the teenager as well.
The same outlet also claims Van Nistelrooy is interested in bringing Toby Collyer to Leicester on an initial loan deal, which could even include the possibility of a permanent transfer at the end of it. United initially ruled out the possibility of sending Collyer on loan last summer but could be open to letting him leave this window given their tight financial situation. The 21-year-old has been on the bench for United’s last three Premier League matches but has yet to make an appearance under Ruben Amorim.
