The Uruguayan just had to knock the ball out of play, but he did not react quickly enough, eventually leading to Spurs going one goal behind, with Rutter just wanting the ball more.
Speaking live via Sky Sports [6 October, 5:59], Alan Smith said: “How Rutter wiggled away from three players on the right-hand side of the box is beyond me. He had no right to keep going
“Bentancur does nowhere near enough. Danny Welbeck cannot believe the space. He cannot believe he got a free header. Unbelievable.”
