‘injury expert submit report’ Tottenham most preferred target shock the whole world

Southampton midfielder Carlos Alcaraz’s lack of regular game time may be an issue for the likes of Tottenham or Newcastle amid recent transfer links, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.

The injury expert claims that while he had a hamstring setback last season, the main issue would be him not playing regularly, having been loaned out as well to Juventus.

likes of Tottenham or Newcastle amid recent transfer links, according to Dr Rajpal Brar.

The injury expert claims that while he had a hamstring setback last season, the main issue would be him not playing regularly, having been loaned out as well to Juventus.

This comes after Tutto Juve journalist Mirko Di Natale reported on 24 June that Spurs and Newcastle have made contact with Southampton over the availability of the 21-year-old this summer.

Discussing the state of play with Alcaraz exclusively with Tottenham News, Dr Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, said:

“He had a hamstring injury which saw him miss three games last season and he was out for three weeks.

“Doesn’t seem all that serious based on the days missed.

“The lack of consistent game time can be an issue because he’s not used to consistent minutes so he would need adaptation time to acclimate to that.“

Spurs should not sign Alcaraz as he may not be ready to play for a big-six side in the Premier League.

His performances in Italy and Spain have been inconsistent and he’s struggled to make an impact.

The North London club need to prioritise players who can come in and make an immediate impact, not projects.

Unless the Argentine midfielder is available at a really good price, this is not a deal worth doing.

In other Tottenham news, a claim has emerged on Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey undergoing his Spurs medical ahead of a potential transfer.
