Tottenham midfielder  Maddison could not control his excitement over the first win for his national side before the European Championship starts on June 15.

England’s national team won their first friendly 3-0 against Bosnia and Herzegovina in a thrilling head-to-head match at St James Park. Gareth Southgate’s starting eleven was filled with youngsters. Cole Palmer initiated to change in the scoreline with a penalty in the 60th minute. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Harry Kane made it to three. England have a friendly left before the European Championship against Iceland on June 8.

The Spurs squad flew to Australia for post-season training with league-mates Newcastle United. The Spurs players joined the national camps after the Australian visit.
