Tottenham defender Cristian Romero has given his verdict on whether or not Tottenham can be crowned Premier League champions this season. Ange Postecoglou’s side have started the campaign in brilliant form, winning four of their five league games.
Spurs currently sit second in the league, two points behind Manchester City, and belief is gradually rising at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Next up for the Lilywhites is a trip to Emirates Stadium on Sunday to face arch-rivals Arsenal in what will be Postecoglou’s first North London Derby.
One player who will be key for the Australian against the Gunners is Romero. The World Cup winner has played in all five of Tottenham’s league games this season and already has two goals to his name following strikes against Burnley and Brentford.
