Hall made a breakthrough last season, making his Premier League debut for the Blues and making nine appearances in the top flight, albeit in a bizarre and tumultuous campaign for the club.
The 18-year-old has been capped up to EnglandUnder-21 level and is clearly well thought of at Stamford Bridge as he signed a new contract this summer which ties him to the club until 2030.
The Telegraph reports that the initial plan was for Chelsea to loan Hall out this season, which could still happen, but they are also open to selling him to interested parties.
Both Newcastle United and Crystal Palace are thought to be keen on the teenager, but the report states they would have to pay £30m if they want to sign him on a permanent deal.
If Chelsea don’t receive a bid of the value that they want then they are still open to loaning Hall out as they do not see him playing regularly under Mauricio Pochettino this season.
